For nearly three decades, my professional life has taken me through technology, transformation, programme leadership, Agile, governance and the changing relationship between people and technology.
But TheSubra.com is being built for something broader.
I want to understand important ideas more deeply — and communicate them in a way that makes people think. My professional experience gives me one perspective. My continuing academic journey gives me another. But this platform is ultimately driven by curiosity.
Why do people make the decisions they make?
What does success cost?
Why do intelligent people disagree?
How does technology change society?
What does fear do to ambition?
What remains when the public story is stripped away?
Today, that begins with solo podcasts and writing. Over time, I want to sit across from accomplished, interesting and sometimes unexpected people and ask questions that go beyond their résumé.
Not merely “What did you achieve?” — but “What did it take from you?”
